What’s Included?

You will have your own private chef and waiter; price included all the ingredients, shopping time and preparations.  We will provide meal service and kitchen clean up after your meal. And menu prices are set for 4-12 adult persons.

 

Please inform us of any food restriction or allergy. We can arrange a large range of dishes. Do not hesitate to ask us for special requests, we can offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.  I case of you did not inform us by email about any food restriction and allergy, Hvar chef would not take any responsibility.

 

Regarding the party, we will need to be at the property minimum 2:30 hours in advance to set up the villa and prepare the table. The kitchen area needs to be clean and tidy when we arrive at the villa. We appreciate that half of the space in the refrigerator and the freezer is available to ensure that we can store the ingredients in a cold area. If the kitchen area is not in good hygienic condition, it will affect the timing of service and quality of the experience. An extra fee of 900kn will be added for cleaning the house before we can start our service.

 

Meals are set for 4 to 12 persons. For diner only, an extra charge of 375 kn will be added for parties of less than 4. An extra charge of 275kn per hour will be added for service after 11pm. If you like us to serve your wine, a cork fee of 55kn per person will be added.

 

If you cancel between the reservation and 30 days in advance a fee of 70% will be charged. If you cancel less than 30 days in advance a fee of 100% will be charged to the card provided in this form. Our offer are available for 48h.

Prices are based on cash payment after service. Gratuity is not included.
